What I Do
Currently I offer 3 ways to help my clients. Please read below to see which option is right for you and your dog. If you’re not sure, please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions at Graham.Cool@yahoo.com
Street Safety Training Classes
Street safety training (SST) takes you out of the traditional classroom setting and puts you where the action is. This class is done outdoors and puts us in situations we might encounter on a daily basis. SST takes you beyond teaching your dog how to sit, stay, wait, come, and stop. We cover those commands and apply them to scenarios when we actually need them.
Do you know how to safely cross a busy street with your dog? Do you know how to properly take your dog up and down stairs? Can you get your dogs attention when it’s distracted? Do you know how to recall your dog only once? This class will give you the confidence to answer "YES" to all these questions.
Get ready to move in this class! Comfortable clothes and a great attitude are a must. I don’t do beginner, intermediate, or advanced classes. Dogs of all ages and breeds are welcome.
Classes are ongoing year round in 8 week sessions. Classes are held two days per week and last approximately 2 hours a class. The cost for this class is a $500 flat rate. Two dogs from the same household can attend for a discounted price of $800 for both dogs.
* All training requires the use of a Martingale Collar and a 6 foot lead *
One on One private session
Private Sessions are great for people who have specific behavioural concerns with their dog. We can help with aggressions, separation anxiety, possessiveness, and much more. These sessions are usually done in home or at a mutually agreed upon location. One on one’s usually last from 1 – 1.5 hours and a minimum of two private sessions are required. The cost for each session is $150.
